Lots of parking in the area. We go early and eat at Azteca or Louie's on Main (easy walk south on Main Street). They now have a liquor license and always have wonderful homemade treats.
The weather was very warm. I wore jean capris, nice top and sandals.
arrive early because the parking was packed. Not enough handicap parking nearby
Absolutely the best cast for every play we have attended. Highly recommend this little neighborhood theater
The Gem theater is very comfortable and the entire production cast made every effort to help feel welcomed.
We had dinner at the Red Lobster about a mile away and our dessert we purchased at the theater! Yummy!!
The weather was just slightly chilly. I wore casual pants and blouse..
Get there early, park by the theater (lots of parking) then walk one block to the Azteca Mexican Restaurant for a step back in time. Lots of Elvis memorabilia. Good food and fun just to walk around and see all the stuff they have collected.
I wore feathered headband, long pearls, and a feather boa..add to the performance magic!.
Dave's right across from the theater was really great at getting us out on time for the show.
Small parking lot, plus easy, free street parking nearby. There's also a Farmer's Market on the next block on Sunday afternoons, so you can visit it as well if you're attending a matinee.
Main street Garden Grove reminds me of a small time town which I think is great. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance to the theatre.
Bye Bye Birdie
Aztecas is fabulous and only a walk away from the theater.
Plenty of small restaurants within walking distance of the playhouse and parking is easy and free.
