181 Egyptian Theatre Tips
I've attended several events at a discount rate thanks to GoldStar, and at each of those events I never needed to show anything more than my driver's license for proof of purchase at Will Call -- that is, until I attended an American Cinematheque screening. It was a rude awakening to discover I would absolutely not be admitted without a confirmation number; the folks at the box office acted as if they had never heard of GoldStar. Thanks to a friend who had a "smart" phone (call me a Luddite, but I despise those things), I was able to access my GoldStar account and show the ticket seller my confirmation notice. Perhaps everyone else in the world beside me has a smart phone and won't need this bit of advice, but just in case, heed this warning: Print out your confirmation notice before attending an American Cinematheque screening!
