Our disclaimer is printed on stickers that must be worn to skate during public session. Skate at own risk. Socks are required (and available for purchase). Stickers (tix) are same-day single-use. All participants (including parents and/or guardians of those under the age of 18) must read and acknowledge the liability waiver signage and the ice skating code of skater responsibility signage posted at the rink prior to entering the premises. By purchasing an admission ticket and/or entering the ice rink area, you indicate that you are aware that ice skating involves certain inherent risks which may cause serious injury. You freely volunteer to participate, and accept all known and unknown risks while in the ice rink facility. Further, you release the ice rink, and all its sponsors, operators, and equipment suppliers against any claims and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense you may incur - per the "Release of Liability and Waiver of All Claims By Persons Entering This Facility" signage posted at the ice rink. Be aware that the rink surface is sometimes wet in places, so if you fall, your clothes could get wet. It is recommended that you bring thick socks to wear while skating.
