7 The STRAT Tips
Get in line at least 40 minutes before showtime. Even though your General Admission tickets indicate you have a reserved row and seat, you do not. Seating in the Gen Adm section is the back of the theater and it's not tiered, so very very hard to see anything unless you are in the first couple of rows. The performers are excellent.

Roxy's Diner has Excellent Food, Superior Servers who Sing like top stars, and A.M.Manager Darcy is an absolute Professional, Courteous and Hospitality Angel! Highly recommended for your dining enjoyment. We dined numeris time and one does need to purchase Stratosphere unpleasant room, to dine at Roxys.

You may experience bedbugs in your room, as my guest did in her room. If so, be prepared to complete a "voluntary Security " document. No immediate resolve A.M. Front desk show no concern for hospitality Also non smoking room was repeatedly filled with cigarette lingering odor . Front Desk Brenda will not assist you after you call for help more than twice. Very poor Customer service at Stratosphere and beware of drunken guest in the Stratosphere public elevators. Front desk A.M. Management at Stratosphere shows and tells you directly "We are not going to Comp" you for any bedbugs, smokey room odors. A.M. Front Desk management Male & Female show lack of hospitality. Avoid Stratosphere booking and wasting income on the infested, water damage, smoky rooms. Unless of you like these components. Wasted Funds on Stratosphere. MJ Live Great Show.
