If you haven't been to that theater, allow lots of time to park and find it! We managed to park on the street and for a little walk, saved $15.
There is a pay parking lot, or you can park on Ocean Blvd. at metered spaces and walk a bit.
unlike the event description, the play is actually closer to 90 minute with NO intermission
Intimate theatre but fully equipped with professional staging facilities. Not a bad seat in the house!
Casual dress is fine. If our June Gloom continues, bring a sweater.
A large group of friends got a quick dinner at The Long Beach Cafe, just across the street from the ICT theater. We then went to the theater and enjoyed FENCES!!! Have an appetite for LB Cafe because the portions are LARGE and very good!
The weather was cold, and the theater was freezing!!. I wore a jacket, but it wasn't enough. Brrrrr!!!!!.
The parking garage is kind of tucked away, so definitely pay close attention to your GPS directions. At $10, parking's a little pricey, but you're right across the plaza from the theatre entrance.
We parked in a General Parking lot very close to the Greek Restaurant. It was only $3 for the day on Sunday.
We had lunch before the 2pm Sunday performance at Pier 76 Fish Grill, 95 Pacific Ave. It wasn't very far. We had excellent seafood meals with healthy portions of fish and wonderful veggies. The price was very reasonable and the staff could not have been nicer. They took such good care of us and answered our questions re: various parking options for the theater.
Theater is just a short walk from PINE Ave where there are a ton of dining options. At the venue they have snacks, wine, beer, soft drink for purchase.
The weather was cool. I wore slacks & a sweater. You could easily dress more casually for this small theater..
