Make sure the kids eat before attending sesame St show. No decent food not fair prices for. Plain white bread turkey cheese sandwich $12@ the venue bar. Items sound by sesame st over priced snow cones in character cups $15 & if you want to purchase a character draw/spoon an extra $3. Also don’t buy a coloring book since they don't come with crayons. Oh & $15 for parking.

Check with the venue. Goldstar indicated no food allowed. However, food was allowed and some even arranged to have catered meals.

I wore Slack, nice dress shirt and a leather jacket as it was a little cool in long beach. Most were very casual..

Or, add your own...After leaving the travel show we went to Tequila Jack's for some amazing Mexican food right in Shoreline Village. Fantastic food and service.

Long lines for parking just before show started. We parked 2 blocks away to avoid traffic.

To the travel show, wear comfortable outfit. I brought my own water and snack and recyclable bag for the various brochures. Parking through shoreline drive was better than through Ocean Blvd. But a 10 min walk

When at Long Beach Arena, take the Aquarium exit off the 710 (Shoreline Drive), and stay on that street to enter the Long Beach Arena parking lot on the left. It is much easier with no crowd (like the other entrance from Ocean Av).

Parking wasn't free. But well facilitated and worth the charge for trying to large volume of people all trying to do the same thing at once.

The weather was indoors. I wore Long Beach CC is comfortable. This is when I learn most people approach theater events as a dressier occasion. t-shirts/jeans were a little out of place, but there were kids everywhere. So it depends the impression you want to leave!.
