I've been to the Freud Playhouse and it's always a nice experience. The size of the theatre is small so all seats are good....
the lot at the Freud is large and parking was only $8.00 for this performance...
The weather was crisp evening CA weather. I wore dress pants and casual shirt with loafers..
Garage parking is easy. The walk is long for disabled folk, but there is a drop-off area close to the entrance.The theatre is just inside the UCLA campus.

Parking is easy to find behind the Freud Theater on the UCLA campus.
Parking requires some additional time to purchase a parking tag at self service kiosks.
Westwood has many restaurants & bars.
The weather was Mild autumn night. I wore Pants suit..
Do note that the $12 parking was a bit steep. Had I arrived earlier, I would have walked up from street parking in Westwood or taken the Big Blue Bus.
I wore pants. Beware - the hall is very cold. Dress accordingly..
this was our first time using Goldstar, & we were very impressed. The directions & where to park were extremely helpful!
No concessions are available and there is no food allowed anywhere in the theater or lobby.
head down Westwood and enjoy a fabulous custom ordered and made pizza at "900 Degrees" and then stroll up to "Diddy Riese" for a fresh custom made icecream sandwich - yum!

The UCLA parking hustle continues. $12 like it or not. I hope the parking fees fund a scholarship at least.
Minimal food & very expensive. Eat before the show!
Eat at Native Foods on Gayley, park for free there (at Gayley Ctr)
Dress like a coddled intellectual and you'll fit right in
