Eat before you go, or have food with you or in your car. Water $4, hamburger $13.
Parking was $20 and a long walk from the underground parking area , suggest the Metro or bus to get there.
I wore Flip flops, should have worn better support..
Park just 2 blocks away from Convention Center for $5.
I wore wear comfortable shoes.
The weather was warm.. I wore comfy clothes..
International Gem and Jewelry Show
at The Palm. Fabulous! We were lucky and found a 4 hour meter for $8 1/2 block from restaurant and just walked everywhere.
There was as a very nice buffet at the show and plenty of places around the Convention center to eat. Therefore you can spend the whole day there.
I wore jeans and sneakers..
There was a full bar on-site to enjoy as you walked the show.
Leave 5-10 extra minutes to park a block away or find street parking and you'll save a lot of $.
To find the best parking, go when there is not a Lakers game next door.
Bring your own meal!
Went to the Farm down the street. Lovely lobster cobb salad.
Many other restaurants in Downtown L.A. within walking distance
Parking was all $20 - $25 which was rediculous.
Food was not good and way overpriced.
Parking can be a low as $7 within 2 blocks of venue. reward the lower fee lots.
Closed parking structures and long lines to get...NO parking.
