Check out Rivera - it's a hidden gem, and the food and ambience is AMAZING!
Food is fine. Pizza, made to order grill, sandwiches, salads, fruit, yogurt and fruit, Starbucks.
Take the Metro. It stops two blocks from the Convention Center.
Wear comfortable shoes. Bring a notebook to take notes at the presentations.
Using Metro gave us an inexpensive travel experience.
So many choices but you will have to drive. Chinatown, etc. are not far off
Parking at the event was $15. Across the street is $10, 1/2 block away is $5.
Eat in China town before you go. Close and very good food.
We parked across the street for $10. $5 parking about a 1/2 block away though.
If you're hungry, eat before you go. Food is expensive at the LA Convention Center.
We took the metro from LAX, senior price was $.25 and took about 35/40 minutes.
