905 Rockwell: Table & Stage Tips
The weather was warm. I wore what I wore to work that day (dress and heels) but you can wear anything.
There is valet parking in the back but nearby side streets will eventually yield a spot as well. Dresden lot next door is $4.
$6 valet parking in the alley or $5 lot parking at the bank across the street.
Valet parking was only $6. Super easy, right behind the building, friendly guys.
Eat at the Rockwell Stage and Table venue. It will not disappoint. Variety of great menu items, full bar, GREAT SERVICE, a really cool place to visit.
The weather was sunny and warm. I wore a semi-dressy short skirt, sweater, heels.
long wait after the show for valet. Use sidestreets
Two Item Minimum. Cheapest route is about a drink and a plate of fries and can still be pricey.
Very confusing check suggests how much to tip. Be sure to read carefully.
A Rocky Horror New Year’s Eve
You may end up sharing a table with other patrons
It's a dinner theater. We usually ordered the prix fixe meals but this time we ate beforehand. You should arrive an hour early to beat the rush for dinner orders. Or you can save a little money and eat before you arrive and use your two item purchase requirement on drinks or dessert...or both. I ordered calamari and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. The calamari was okay. But the cookie was FANTASTIC! If you like red wine I recommend their Malbec.
Get the check around the middle of the show to avoid the rush at the end of the show.
Some of the tables are counter-height with barstool chairs.
It's a dinner show...food and drink aplenty!
Drinks and food were very good (we ordered pizza with truffles and mushrooms and hamburgers)
Romeo + Juliet: Love Is a Battlefield In Concert
The weather was nice. No major concerns.. I wore slacks, button-down shirt, and an American Rag brand jacket. Just the standard restrictions. No sports jerseys and all that..
Park off the main street in the residential area for free after a certain time. Enter through the back and NOT the front (where the stage is). If you're too early (like we were) you'll catch them barely setting up. Sit at the bar in the meantime.
Hit up the bar for Happy Hour before the show. Good, strong, and tasty.
If you want to save yourself a couple bucks, there is $5 parking at the Bank of America directly across the street on Vermont.
Rockwell-LA offers valet parking for $7 I think. You can park for free on the streets in the area. Two blocks North of this venue on the side street where the Scientology building is located you can park in their lot for $5. Someone is there in the parking lot to watch over the cars.
