Cheap ($7 Lot) parking a couple blocks away on 9th Street, avoid $25 fee @ site
Don't go. Awful.
Novo can be confusing to find. It is located at the complex of l a live on the third floor
I wore a sweater, flip-flops, etc..
I researched where to park before traveling and found that the best lot to park at is the EAST parking lot. It's pretty much under Club Nokia and the restaurant area.
Will call window at Club Nokia opened at 5pm. I got my tickets around 630pm. No hassles. Had dinner at Rosa Mexicano (amazing salmon)
