"Front row" seats aren't really ... there are roomy VIP couches placed in front as the first two rows of seating, and then many rows of seats crammed in behind them. But "front row" of these seats is better than sitting further back. I found the seats themselves to be very uncomfortable, as they were like fold-up chairs with an open lower back. Between the chairs and the freezing temp, we were so uncomfortable we had to leave at the intermission.

Street parking available only during weekdays for this venue .
Found parking at the curb on Wilcox just south of the club. But don't park right in front - it's reserved for valets and you'll be towed.
Parking is just south of the club, between the Club & Post office. Do park, street parking hours are very restrictive & could be a costly ticket or tow.
I wore We dress up as if going to the Sands to add atmosphere. The Sayers is casual as many attendees were. .
The weather was lovely. I wore slacks and dress shirt because I didn't want to wear a suit..
