About Congregational Church on Mercer Island
The Congregational Church on Mercer Island brings the island’s famed forest and sky into the sanctuary (minus the chill, damp and critters). Designed by respected Seattle architect Don Frothingham, the church building uses many materials native to the Northwest and is infused with natural light. With lofty ceilings, generous proportions and gorgeous, softly glowing chandeliers, the church is a special space — and perfect for a wide variety of events.
