In the same parking lot is the fabulous Sol Food restaurant. Excellent Puerto Rican food at very reasonable prices! Limited communal seating.
Parking is free, there is a small lot and there is off street parking. Get there a little early for a parking spot.
I wore casual clothing.
Sol Food, 401 Miller Ave. (behind the parking lot next to the theater) has terrific Puerto Rican food with dining inside and some (more limited) outdoor seats. I particularly like their Caldo Gallego (a Galician style white bean soup with ham hocks and collard greens. A number of main dishes and sandwiches (incl. a wonderful Cubano) are also available at reasonable prices.

Miller Avenue is torn up and a lot of parking spaces are gone. Allow some extra time for parking.
parking is very easy as there is a large lot next to the theater (in a complex with several shops) and even if full there is a much bigger lot between the theatre and Sol restaurant.

There is a Puerto Rican restaurant called Sol which is less than a block away across the parking lot and over a little bridge. It is a great restaurant.
Easy to park within a block, usually less. Go early if you need close in parking.
