There is a Park N Shop parking ramp around the corner for $6. What a deal. There is one next to the theatre but cost was $15.
The weather was cold!! Hey it is MN after all!.
We ate right across the street from the venue at Rock Bottom Brewery. Great food!
The Hawethorne Ramp is one block west on 1st street and only cost $5.50 for the evening.

Brave New Workshop is nearby the Blue and Green train line and also several bus lines, since it is in downtown Minneapolis. They will give you a coupon for $1 off your first drink if you show your public transit ticket or pass.
Friday and Saturday night they have free improv after the show! Stay and enjoy the impromptu laughs...
Eat downtown before you go, but save room for the specialt ly drinks that they make based on the content of the show. ;)
We went to Butcher and the Boar beer garden before and it was a perfect little spot to eat and walk to the theater!
Great that you can park a few feet away--that doesn't happen at many places, especially downtown.
I try to use public transit as much as possible. when I can't, I park over on 10th street in a surface lot. Only two blocks away and since it's not in the heart of downtown, traffic is much better
The weather was cool inside the theater. I wore sweater and scarf and wished I had more on until it warmed up half way through the show..
Parked at Macy's and ate at Oak Grill (quiet place for older folks), parking was comped.
The weather was sudden cool down. I wore a fleece hoodie over my top, it was pretty cold in there. .
