I wore Casual theater. .
We jumped on the C train afterwards and went up to 42nd Street to eat at Chez Josephine. :) Best to make a reservation.
Theatre seats are uncomfortably small- and I’m a small person! Anyone with any length of leg at all NEEDS an aisle seat. I bought another pair of tixs because it’s a MUST-SEE. But I paid full price at the theater’s website to be able to pick my husband’s aisle seat.
Josephine: A Burlesque Cabaret Dream Play
C, E trains right in front of theater. Venue located in heart of Soho with great eateries nearby.
Essen, on the corner, was a nice self serve place with a huge variety of foods, all available for takeout or to go upstairs with to sit at tables.
Super easy commute from NJ. Take bus into port authority. Hop tge E train down tow to Spring street and the theater is practically around the corner.
I wore It was very cold. Dress was mainly casual. I wore a warm coat, boots sweater and slacks..
