About The Lounge at Hudson View Gardens
Hudson View Gardens (“HVG”) was built in 1923-25 as one of Manhattan’s earliest cooperative apartment developments. The complex is comprised of fifteen interconnected Tudor-style buildings that contain about 350 apartments. Community events are hosted in the Hudson View Lounge, many of which are free and open to the public. Since 2000, the Hudson View Gardens Performing Arts Group (“PAG”) has presented an eclectic mix of classical music — both traditional and contemporary — jazz and world music in the space.
