I wore jeans and a tshirt are fine. .
If you prepay for parking its makes everything easy. The garage has a bridge connected to the venue for easy entrance. You save a few dollars too!
Its pricy so be prepared.
We were coming from nyc so the path was the best easy and cheap

The Prudential Center was only 1 block from Newark Penn Station.
The weather was windy and the venue got chilly.. I wore a sweater and jeans..
If you Google parking for Prudential Center events, there are inexpensive options that come up and allow you to reserve a front row spot. The Edison lots across the street from the venue charge around $20 for a spot. We parked for $12 a few blocks away at One Newark Center.
Meter parking is until 6 pm. If you are there early park in the street and save $20.
Was able to see the players up close and personal.
Path Train was much cheaper.
