The weather was windy, cold and foggy. I wore I wore slacks and a sweater.
Parking seems to be getting a little tight lately, so you might get there a little early.
The weather was Sunnt. I wore Dress, sandals. Also took a light sweater as theaters tend to be cool.....
The play was over about 4"45pm. We went directly across the street to Olney Inn. Got seated immediately, had wonderful meal with excellent service. The whole afternoon a great experience.
No shortage of fast casual and sit down restaurants within a 5 minute drive in Olney. This time we parked our car in a prime spot near the exit, picked up our tickets at the box office and walked across the street to the Olney Ale House. Very good burger and no line to exit the parking lot after the show.
Eat at Stained Glass Pub off Layhill. Fabulous food in a restaurant that looks straight out of the 70's! Not fancy, just good and reasonably priced.
We ate at Mannequin Piis - excellent food - specialty is mussels. Service was great and minutes from the theater
Be sure to drop by the Olney Ale House, just across the highway from the theatre. Massive oysters for only 75 cents each; how do they do it? A family place with something for everyone; there will certainly be a small wait on the weekends.
The theater has drinks and snacks. We had sandwiches at The Tavern after the matinee performance which was good.
Great Italian food (and great service) at al Sospiro Trattoria Romana, 18035 Georgia Avenue, Olney MD
