We changed seats at the intermission so we didn't have to sit on the folding chairs.
Bring a chair cushion with you because the padding on the chairs is not quite comfortable enough.

Parking goes fast if another event at Courthouse Sq. Arrive early.

Can purchase hawaiian fair there. yummy.
Sundays parking is free. otherwise it's pretty reasonable. park at meters.

Lots of places to grab a quick, or not-so-quick bites before or after the event.
Dress warmly. I have found the theatre to be colder than most.
La Tartine Bakery is a good place to have a light meal and relax before the show.
