The Capital Garage is very close to the theater. You can pay for parking there or buy it ahead of time on SacPark. Also, there are restaurants and coffee shops close to the theater.
When attending this theater the bathroom lines in the theater can be long. If you walk across the courtyard to the conventions center you will find extra bathrooms open on the first and second floor where the lines are much shorter.
Highly recommend Ella's on K street, a short walking distance from the Community Center. No reservations needed if you don't mind sitting at the bar where full service dining options are available. Great cocktails and wine, delicious gourmet food, and awesome service in an elegant atmosphere.
Overpriced jujus and bad wine. No thanks.
Herein lies the rub in downtown. We parked across the park and hiked.
Most folks (especially the ladies) were gussied up - cool.
We decided to take light rail. It dropped us one block away from the theatre.
They had alcoholic beverages which are allowed in the theater :)
Cafeteria 15L was good, and great about serving us in time for the show.
