They have a buy one get one hour code for the CVS parking lot. It's fairly expensive to park there, so every bit helps.
The weather was Windy. I wore A Coat The point here is that if you are going and sit in the first three rows be sure to wear something that can get "splashed" on.
I bought VIP, first row seats. The venue is tiny and every seat would be clearly visible. Somehow we got the tiniest table I have ever put my purse on. They had a donation table in the foyer that had snacks and maybe candy, I am not sure. We got there before the doors opened so we walked 2 doors away and got rolled tacos. I am pretty sure you are allowed to take food into the venue. Another set of people who had a table had styrofoam cups and a bottle of wine.
The weather was Warm and humid. I wore Jeans, button down shirt.
The weather was Hot. I wore Shorts... it's warm in the theater.
There's a pay lot near the theater if you can't find parking. We went on a Sunday and parking would've been an issue but for that.
Snacks are available for purchase but you can also bring in food and drink from the outside.
Front row seats were plastic and hard. I keep a foam cushion in the car to pad my boney butt at movies and plays, came in very handy at OB Playhouse.
It's open seating, so arrive early for the best seats. We parked in a nearby lot for $10.
After the show, walk on over to Nati's for some tried and true Mexican cuisine. It is fun to cruise the streets of OB and to see how they do the holidays by the beach.
We lucked out with a street spot, but make sure you account for beach traffic or freeway traffic so you can arrive early enough to claim a parking spot and seats!
Bring a seat cushion - until they get real seats, this will make your experience much more comfortable!
