We parked and ate dinner at Berta's restaurant just down the street. They were kind enough to let us keep our car there fro the remainder of the night. Wonderful food and music.

Food and drink is available for purchase prior and during the intermission at the outdoor bar/patio area. Almost adjacent is the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel that until mid-December has a dinner or lunch special.

Arrive early... Dress seems to be as fancy or casual as you want to make it (temp is not an issue)... Although all seats are very good -- those in the middle are of course the best....

They are currently working on the access streets to Old Town, which make a lot of the parking very difficult to access. Give yourself a lot of extra time to find parking and then walk to the theatre.

There are variety of restaurants in walking distance from the theatre. That night we chose Miguel's Cocina, 2444 San Diego Ave. We love the food and their fresh chips and homemade white queso dip is to die for. The theatre bar offers beer, wine, soda, snacks, and some adult mixed drinks.

There is public parking across from theatre. It's shared with the rest of Old Town. Arrive early since it might take awhile for a space to open.

Don't worry about printing your confirmation and showing your ID when picking up your ticket. The girls were not the least bit interested in seeing either.

Don't count on parking in the lot as they let people come hours in advance so they can go out to dinner first. When you come to see play no parking is left.

There are plenty of places to eat in old town, but it usually takes 20 - 30 minutes to get a table. If you plan to eat down there, arrive at least 2 hours early.

If you get to the theater 45 minutes in advance you may be able to snag a reserved parking spot right next to the theater. Spaces are limited. Come early, park and enjoy a meal in Old Town.
