Parking is $10 in the lot under the 225 Broadway building (versus $20 in the Horton Plaza mall lot). But you can't get into that parking lot from Broadway. Turn off Broadway onto Broadway Circle opposite 2nd Ave. The entrance to the parking lot is on Broadway Circle, directly opposite the entrance to the Lyceum theaters.
