Parking is $10 in the lot under the 225 Broadway building (versus $20 in the Horton Plaza mall lot). But you can't get into that parking lot from Broadway. Turn off Broadway onto Broadway Circle opposite 2nd Ave. The entrance to the parking lot is on Broadway Circle, directly opposite the entrance to the Lyceum theaters.

Be aware that the theatre is undergoing massive reconstruction and is a little uncomfortable because of it. There is no lobby seating, all is drywalled and draped, and the theatre itself is in transition. We did not mind, but if this affects your enjoyment, you should know about it.
