Parking is plentiful in the Horton Plaza parking garage, but be aware that the ticket validation is only good for 3 hrs, and parking per hour is very expensive for any hours beyond that.

Park in the Horton Plaza parking lot and get your validation at the theater. It is 4 hours and will give you plenty of time to see the play and grab a bite to eat or spend some extra time downtown.

There's a food court on the 4th level of the mall. Cheap and fast and a pleasant evening to eat outside.

If you've never been to the Lyceum before allow extra time for parking and to find the theater. LARGE Horton Plaza parking lot and complicated elevator system.

We ate at "The Lion's Share". It was on the list for SD Restaurant Week which started yesterday. They had "Happy Hour" until 6 PM which was quite nice.

Location of performance seats is not important for this one. I don't like the extreme side seats, but any place else is fine.
