Tips for Aquarium of the Bay

You can put together an exciting all day out event with a sweetheart or family!

The Aquarium and Tim Noolan's performance are a terrific package for families.

Parking was very expensive!

The parking fees are astronomical....ouch! If you're going, try to find really good discounts on parking, if possible.

This aquarium is decent for small children. It's pretty small but seemed to be just enough for the attention span of a four-year-old. you basically walk through 2 standing exhibits before walking through 2 under water walkways that have great fish but are a little lack luster. All in all, still fun but good thing the Pier is there for more entertainment once you leave the aquarium.

Take the bus!

Wharf food VERY expensive.

Wear comfy and warm clothings, chill could come suddenly outside the theatre

Go to the California Visitor's Center on the pier, and get a coupon for one hour free parking!

Arrive early to get situated!

It'll cost you, but there's a parking garage with a walking bridge that takes you right to Pier 39.

Be comfortable. You'll do a lot of walking.

Go early because you never know what traffic in San Francisco and around Pier 39 will be like.

The Rainforest Cafe is very nice!
