You can purchase as many tickets as you would like, but you must purchase each ticket in a separate transaction so that you can put it in the name of the person attending. (The Institute needs each attendee's full name.) If you want to buy a ticket for a friend, you will need to click on "give ticket as a gift" during the checkout process, so you can put the ticket in his/her name, or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us to change the name on the ticket. These are hands-on classes. Please wear comfortable, washable clothing. Closed-toed shoes are required. No sandals or flip-flops. If you have long hair, please pull it back. You will also receive an apron and chef's hat. Equipment will be provided, however, if you have a knife you prefer to work with, you are welcome to bring it to class.
