The weather was sunny but windy, in june. I wore 2 thin jackets on top of each other :).
Best place to park is at the Pier 39 Public Parkings, its close to the Pier 39 boarding and to all stores and restaurants
The weather was Sunny and Windy. I wore Wear layers upon layers. It gets cold out there!.
Be careful when taking pics outside the cabin, it is easy to have a wave hit and lose your camera or phone... use a wristband or neck strap. It is a WINDY ride don't lose your hat or scarf or other loose clothing, hold on to your hats and belongs or they may blow away! If you get motion sickness this ride is NOT for you.
This is Pier 39 there are MANY restaurants & food options.
Street parking is next to impossible and hard to find. Street parking is metered and has time limits. There is a PArking Garage directly in front. Public buses and streetcars (cable like cars) drop off right in front. Streetcars / buses run frequently. Lyft or Uber is recommended for an easy arrival/departure.
The weather was Windy, sunny, blue skies. . I wore I wore a business casual dress and sweater. I strongly suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket, especially if you tend to get cold and want to be outside the cabin. The wind on the ocean brings a wind chill factor that can be chilling, even on summer days. Sometimes there is fog and can be misty dew. .
