Cheapest lot we found was $15. Park elsewhere and take the train or bus or walk down to the pier.
It's only an hour long. We grabbed a smoothie to drink while in line.

Parking at the Pier 39 garage is easy but expensive. $8/hour; $40 dollar max/day.
Too choppy to eat or drink and too cold. But we were there for the experience, not to eat or drink!
