Advisories
All guests must be age 12 or older and weigh between 100-250 lbs. Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour, and the tour is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. This voucher is good for one tour November 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018. Tours run daily at 5:00pm. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance and are subject to availability. A maximum of 4 vouchers may be used per date. The tour has a 4-person minimum and may be cancelled if there aren't enough participants. You will be contacted 24 hours in advance to reschedule your tour if it is cancelled. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join a tour in progress. There are no refunds or reschedules for missed tours. Flip-flops, open-toed sandals, or high heels are not allowed on the Segways.
