We took BART. It’s a short walk and you’ll get a little flavor of the Mission. I felt very safe doing this.

We ate at Myriad Cafe (fantastic food) on Mission and then went to Zanath ice cream parlor for dessert on the way to The Marsh. Both places were SO good. We’ll be dining at both places again!

If you can take the high decimal noise level, the food at Esperpento on 22nd St., just off Valencia, is a good bet.

The weather was Sunny. I wore A light jacket, comfortable shoes, and jeans. Wear comfortable shoes for the walk. Bring a jacket or dress in layers. The temperature can change in the afternoon/night, even on a warm sunny day in SF. .

Lots of restaurants open in the area before and after the show. If you have the time and inclination check out the Organic Ice Cream shop with Organic Frozen Yogurt and Vegan options...it's called Xanath Ice Cream at 951 Valencia St between 20th and 21st streets...open Sun-Thurs till 10pm, Fri-Sat till 11pm. Great flavors!

The doors open half-hour or less before showtime. Attendees line up on the sidewalk beforehand. Be prepared for that if it's cold or raining

At 5:30 during month of March 2017, Theater was fairly cold. Recommend a jacket, scarf or hat to keep warm. Heater was turned on for a short period.
