The venue was horrible! 25 minute wait to pick up will call tickets. They didn't have tickets assigned to peoples names ahead of time. There was only one person working the box office. Literally one man stood behind the ticketing woman and did absolutely NOTHING for these 25 minutes while the line remained very long. The show then started 40 minutes late. One VERY rude door man as well. Most ridiculous venue I have been to ever.
Make sure you print your tickets ahead of time! Bal box office is redicuosly slow.

The theater is older. I am glad theyare doing shows but don't expect glamour. Friendly staff.
