Allow some extra time to get to this venue: the street address will take your GPS navigation to a part of the College of the Canyons campus (near a new but empty parking structure). Once you get near the campus, look for metallic markers that direct you to the Performing Arts Center, and park in the lot near the entrance (usually reserved for staff only, but for evening performances, you will be directed to park there for free). If you are picking up tickets at will-call, the box office is around the side of the building, separate from the main entrance.
