Advisories
Please email Pedal or Not at info@pedalornot.net the day before your scheduled tour to provide height information needed to outfit you with a bike. Please mention you're a Goldstar customer and indicate the date and time of your tour. Cyclists should arrive at least 15 minutes early as tours depart promptly. If you have issues finding the shop, please call 310-917-1111. Upon arrival, guests will need to sign a waiver and go through a brief training session and a test ride. Bikers must be at least 14 years old and 5 feet 1 inch or taller in order to operate the electric bicycles. Bikes can accommodate riders from 100-250 pounds. Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The tours last three hours. It can get breezy and cool by the water, so please dress accordingly. Close toe shoes are also recommended. Helmets are required and will be provided. All bikes have a basket. Any damage to the bicycle or property are the responsibility of the rider.
