Seating is informal in a small venue. Just show up before show and choose your own seats. No bad seats in the place.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Kings Head Pub at 2nd and Santa Monica before the play. Great regular pub grub too, fish and chips, chicken tikka masala etc. And a wicked ginger beer too! Yum!

Plenty of restaurants nearby; avoid the small Asian one next door to the south, at all costs.

Driving was a nightmare. Santa Monica seems to have failed to provide basic traffic control, It took me 30 minutes to drive from Sherman Oaks to the borders of Santa Monica, and over an hour to drive to the location and find parking. If you can find another way, don't drive.

The Santa Monica Playhouse is tucked between and behind a couple of other businesses. There's no evident signage. There was simply a posted Playbill outside the door.
