Bring your own condiments (ketchup, sauce for chicken, etc) if you really prefer to have them with your meal. They only have hot sauce and BBQ sauce. Still good though!

Bring your camera. Dress is casual. The meal is eaten with your hands. The food is tastey and you get a lot of it. They will give you a warm cloth to clean your hands after. Fun night.
