This intimate theater experience is not to be missed. Seats line the stage and are assigned by the box office. A friendly usher will escort you to yours. There is a ten minute intermission during which peppermint patties are offered to the audience and snacks are available for purchase. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby. This storefront venue is tucked way up in the northeast corner of the plaza. Just when you think you're not going to find it, it appears. Parking is plentiful and close.
When trying to locate building, don't look for a separate theater style building, look for a store front at the very back of shopping center, N.E. end.
The weather was calm and about 80. I wore may need a sweater..
Went to the Indian Mint Restaurant very close to Don Bluth. Food was average but the service was abysmal.......TERIBLE!
Last of the Red Hot Lovers
There is a Chili's across the parking lot.
If you haven't been here before you may want to arrive a little early so you can find the theater. It is tucked in the back of a shopping center and can be difficult to locate. Parking is not a problem.
We ate at Stone and Ivy at 94th and Shea. Very close and convenient to the theater and excellent food.
