The weather was Cool but dry. I wore Smart dress with high hills. People had anything on from ball gowns to jeans and sandals. I felt very comfortable dressed up. It was cool inside, so warm dress was good..
Parking on 2nd Avenue near Union Is extremely convenient.
The Rite of Spring & Rachmaninov's Symphony No. 3
We took the light rail. it dropped us off at Beneroya hall. Perfect. $6.00 round trip per person. Parked in Tukwilla.
There is a great Italian dessert place Gelatiamo across the street. You can enjoy it before or after (they are open till 10 PM on work days)
The weather was very windy. I wore You want to dress up to Benaroya Hall, people were wearing evening dresses and tuxedos..
Do not park at Benaroya. It takes a long time to leave at the end of the show. Park at the Art Museum, half a block away. And it is less expensive.
Plan extra time for getting around downtown. Parking is available in the building for moderate price. Elevator takes you right inside, so you don't have to go outside in the rain.
The weather was chilly. I wore Formal Dress. Coat check is available..
Nearby parking garages have better weekend rates than the Symphony garage.
The weather was Very cold. . I wore A heavy coat.
The weather was cold!. I wore seasonal color. Many were extremely seasonal and it added to the fun of the evening..
Benaroya seems to have the best flow from garage to hall to garage and back out onto the street. It's expensive, but not having to take your life in your hands to exit is value added!
We often enjoy a light dinner at Fonte Cafe and Wine Bar before shows at Benaroya. Much nicer than the choices in the hall.
If you arrive in time to park in the lot, parking is no problem. But don't kid yourself thinking you'll find free street parking.
The weather was cold. I wore My Christmassy best; you do see all sorts of costuming but folks look festive..
I wore a sweater, flip-flops, etc..
