When its busy there, there is hardly any place to sit down So go to Starbucks or subway if u need a breether
The weather was sunny and cold. I wore Layers, to take off one when inside a store or the festhalle (holiday market), boots in case of rain or snow..
In Leavenworth eat before 1pm, after the lines are very, very long. No reservations taken at the restaurants. The Gluehwein area was easy to access and no line until close to the ceremony!
The weather was Kkkkkkkold, no snow though . I wore Several layers, thermals under my pants, etc.
I loved the Sausage Garden! Fast and yummy and piping hot and fresh sauerkraut, mmmmmmmmm!! Also loved the Latin restaurant, sorry I don’t remember the name, but I had some delicious prawns & brussel sprouts! And we sat next to Santa Baby..... ?
Do eat when you first get to Leavenworth like the tour guide Jeff said. The lines are very long if you wait. No they are EXTREMELY long
The weather was snowy and in the 30's.. I wore layers of sweaters and many clothes, boots with deep treads to grip the snow. On the Sleighride a hood was very helpful because snow fall off the trees showered us unpredictably..
The weather was very very cold.. I wore 2 layers and a heavy jacket. I also wore gloves, knitted hat and normal walking shoes. My feet were freezing and wished I wore fuzzy snow boots. .
The weather was freezing. I wore winter clothes. I suggest brnging a change of clothes, several pairs of socks, glove,& shoes. if bringing kids- the sleds-(snow pants if you want to stay warm and dry).

Everyone needs to go to Leavenworth at least once. It is a beautiful city with lots to see and do.
Since it trip started out early morning, we packed a thermos of hot tea and a couple sandwiches. Late in the day we ate at a wonderful restaurant called PAVZ (833 Front St. 1st floor). The food was delicious. Served hot and the waiter was very attentive. All in all it was a terrific experience.
The weather was nice with a bit of a chill to the air.. I wore a coat and closed, comfortable flats. .
Wear comfortable boots, you will be standing the majority of the time outside.
Take a rest room break when the opportunity presents itself
Eat as soon as you arrive as the town fills up so fast by noon
Be prepared to pay about $40 if parking at Seattle Center.
