had dinner at the Junkyard Cafe--great restaurant/bar. Reasonable prices & a HUGE menu. Very close to the theater as well.
Box office and restrooms are a full floor down stairs from the main floor into the theater. If you have trouble getting around, not the best venue for you.
Uncomfortable seats without much leg room.
People parked rudely in the lot taking up more than one space. I had to park across the street but didn't have a problem there.
The Junkyard restaurant is nearby and is a fun place with great food.
I wore holiday casual.
The weather was crisp. I wore Jeans and a Cute top.
Catch Me If You Can
If you are in the area early, dinner is great at the Market Broiler seafood restaurant (great food/reasonable prices)
The theater is no longer General Admission. All seats are assigned.
I wore Business casual .
free parking in lot behind building
The weather was hot outside, but cool AC inside. I wore women might want to bring a shawl if AC gets too cold .
I wore Jeans and a blouse.
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Plenty of free parking.
or, add your own...
The weather was Nippy. I wore a dress and sweater.
From the outside, the theater (Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center) did not look like a theater. I passed it by initially. Only a small sign with the name of the show finally alerted me to the venue. Plenty of free parking was available in the Center's lot.
We went to Red's BBQ...not too far away ...for a very nice dinner experience.
We had a terffic dinner at the Market Broiler Restaurant (very low priced seafood in a great atmosphere--the Chicken Marsala was delicious! 1-2 miles from venue by the mall.
