Waterfront Metro is a short 2 blocks away and right across from Station 4 restaurant where for $35 you can arrive early and have your appetizer and entre, walk over to the show, and then stop back and have your dessert and coffee and talk some more, save your ticket for getting a 10% discount on your bill.
There is valet parking, on street "app parking", underground handicap parking.
We ate at Station 4 restaurant before the show. The food was good and the Prix Fixe was reasonably priced ($35).
or, add your own... If you drive down and attend a show on Sunday, street parking is free

Parking: disastrous! We drove around for 20+ minutes and missed the beginning of the show. The residential zoned parking down there is in effect 7 days a week, from 8 am to midnight, making on-street parking impossible for a show. Even metered -- except for a few spots on Maine Avenue. Not really -- it's monthly parking only. But across the street, at the 1100 building, if you go down an alley and around to the back of the building (very poor signage), there is an entrance into the garage for the public. $12 on the weekends. Really?!! In SW DC ?
There normally is good parking right on Maine Ave. if you get there about 30 minutes early.
