Chef Amaro served as Executive Chef for multiple restaurants from Miami to LaFayette, assuring those restaurants achieved the reputation of the “best restaurant in the city.” He worked under the direction of Chef Ferran Adria, who has been called the world’s greatest chef, at El Bulli in Spain, which was recently deemed the best restaurant in the world by Gourmet Magazine. Chef Amaro now endeavors to put this modern American cuisine restaurant on the map as he has previously achieved with other fine restaurants.
