The weather was In door event.. I wore what I was most comfortable in. I advise you do the same. People come to see the performance not you. .

The weather was a bit cool. I wore clothes from work - symphony is pretty casual - wouldn't wear flip flops and tank top but button down and Khakis without a tie was just fine.

Take metro to Foggy Bottom and take advantage of excellent shuttle directly from metro to Kennedy Center departing every 15 minutes.

took the metro, blue line from Springfield to Foggy Bottom, shuttle bus right there at the exit of the Metro took us to Kennedy Center, return trip home went just as smoothl. No question that this was the best way to go. Would do it again.
