About Washington DCJCC
The Washington, D.C. Jewish Community Center serves the metropolitan area through religious, cultural, educational, social and fitness programs that are open to people of all faiths and backgrounds. The center sponsors Theater J, an award-winning theater group that has hosted world premieres of plays by noted Jewish playwrights such as Wendy Wasserstein, Richard Greenberg, and Ariel Dorfman. The DCJCC hosts such events as the Washington Jewish Music Festival and the Jewish Literary Festival and the Washington Jewish Film Festival. At the Dupont Circle-based cultural hub you can also find the he Hyman S. and Freda Bernstein Library and a kosher restaurant.
Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and only during appropriate breaks. In some cases, latecomers will need to enter the space from a 3rd-floor entrance.
