There are many restaurants near the theater, we chose Father Paddy's House. Good food and service.

There is a nice wine bar right outside the Opera House where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer after or before, or both. Uvaggio is the name.

We ate at Restaurant428 beforehand, & it was great! Right down the street from the opera house. They do serve wine, beer, soft drinks & small snacks, but only water is allowed in the actual theater.

The weather was mild -- a great Indian summer night. I wore a sweater with slacks & boots.
