If you just want a bit of refreshment before the performance, there is a cafe and a small restaurant in David Geffen Hall.
Have a falafel from the food truck on the way in and a cool gelato from the vendor cart on the way out. Treat yourself!
Afterwards, I always head for Gray's Papaya, on corner of W. 72nd St. for their $6 special of two franks & papaya drink. Hands down, best hot dogs in NYC!

Performance starts on time and they won't seat you until a break if you are late.
