Try to be last in the pick up on bus. It took us hours dropping off in the morning and afternoon.
The weather was sunny in the morning, rainy in the afternoon. I wore sweat pants, hoodie, sometimes down jacket. tennis shoes. It could be better if wearing hiking shoes, but it's not bad in tennis shoes.

In the Winter time there are snowshoes provided..be prepared for cold, cold weather.

We purchased food at Paradise Inn and it was decent. You can definitely bring your own.
