We had made a reservation at Kramer Books' Afterwords. Good food, seasonal menu, informal but capable service. 5:30 or 6 p.m. will give you enough time for dinner before you walk to the theater for a 7:30 curtain.

We ate at Raku on Q Street just across from the DuPont Circle Metro Station before walking to Theater J. Excellent!!

parking in garage off of P between 16th and 17th cost $13 but open until midnight.

We found free (after 6:30pm) street parking two blocks from the theatre......there is a Parking lot on P St for $13 which would have been cheaper than taking the metro for us!

Park at 1212 P Street rather than circling the one way blocks

This whole process of purchasing tickets via Goldstar, through attending this play was very easy and quick. This was my second theater ticket purchase from Goldstar and both were very uncomplicated experiences.
